The D.A.S.H. Leadership Program is focused on helping individuals Develop A Skillful Horizon. It is designed to ignite rising LGBTQ+ and ally leaders to make positive change.
How do we do that?
We encourage, empower, enable and equip participants through practical and experiential learning opportunities. The D.A.S.H. Leadership Program helps participants acquire both a broader understanding of the critical issues affecting our community and the leadership skills necessary to resolve them. This program prepares participants for the challenges of their own life-long leadership journeys, builds leadership skills, and develops an awareness for the rich opportunities for leadership in Tucson and beyond.

- Two day-long workshops designed to provide foundational skills for emerging leaders focused on self, others, strategic thinking and tactical management.

Open to LGBTQ+ and allied people ages 21-30..
